Snowman Gift Pail

Snowman Gift Pail at DoingSplendid.comI can’t believe how fast Christmas is approaching! We are all getting super excited for Christmas to arrive and it has been a ton of fun decorating our new house this year! We’ve gone to a few Christmas parties, we’ve been making Christmas treats, and we are all getting excited to give each other gifts. My kids have especially been in the giving spirit and wanted to make something special for their school teachers and their primary teachers and this little Snowman Gift Pail is a great fit! They are super cute and super easy for the kids to put together themselves.

We were inspired by these cute treat cups, but when plain white cups didn’t seem to be the easiest item to find, we found these darling little pails in the party aisle at Target. I just love these little pails!

Snowman Gift Pail at DoingSplendid.comWe pulled out all of our supplies: googly eyes, glue, construction paper, string, and cellophane bags (and things not pictured too, scissors, hole punch, and the yummy treats to put inside).

Snowman Gift Pail at DoingSplendid.comAfter we cut the nose out of paper, made a few black circles with our hole punch, glued everything on, and stuffed it with hot chocolate and marshmallows, it looked like this!

Such a cute gift for all those special people in yours (and your giving children’s) lives! And its not too late to make. So easy and simple…they really only take a few minutes to put together, especially when you have lots of eager helpers! And…they can be filled with anything you want! Have I convinced you to make some yet?!

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day!
