Oatmeal Raspberry Muffins

Oatmeal Raspberry Muffins at DoingSplendid.comWell, here I am again! After about 3 ½ months off from blogging, I think I can finally say we are all settled into our new home and new life here in Illinois, and hopefully ready to start blogging again. So far we love it here and love our new home. It is so much fun to be able to say that it is ours! We’ve painted all the bedrooms, done some home improvement projects, and worked in the yard. It is just great!

Now my husband has started his new job and our 3 oldest children are in school and I am here with just one little one. We have found ourselves with a little more down time, so blogging is the obvious way to use our time, right?

I have put this recipe on the blog before, but I wanted to show you how we changed it up recently by adding raspberries. They were so good! I just can’t get enough of raspberries and putting them in my favorite muffin recipe is just about perfect.
