Our Favorite Breakfast Cookies

Breakfast CookiesAbout a year and a half ago, we decided to start eating a more whole grain, less processed diet.  These breakfast cookies have been on our weekly menu rotation ever since!  They are easy to make, use ingredients that we have in our pantry, can be changed to meet individual preferences, and taste delicious.  Our kids really love them too.  You can’t beat eating cookies for breakfast!
